Richard Change is PFA Solutions co-founder and managing partner. Richard drives the company's strong commitment to its core values, which include its employees, exceptional customer service and cutting-edge innovation.
In addition to his role at PFA Solutions Richard also serves on the Board of the AltExchange Alliance and various industry committees. Prior to Co-Founding PFA Solutions, Richard was the Chief Architect at The Carlyle Group where he successfully implemented strategies that transformed and evolved mission critical systems while reducing overall spend and the total number of development resources. Richard combined vision, business acumen, decisive leadership and a keen eye for detail to build stakeholder confidence and partnerships throughout the firm.
Richard holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Catholic University of America and a M.S. in Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia, McIntire School of Commerce.
Mujahid Ali is PFA Solutions Co-founder and a Managing Partner.
Prior to PFA Solutions, Mujahid served as the .NET Solutions Architect at The Carlyle Group, a global alternative asset management company, where he was responsible for all custom application development and application integrations. He helped transform the application development group by instituting standards and frameworks to improve software quality, reduce delivery times and development costs.
Prior to Carlyle, Mujahid spent several years at LeftBrain, where he was instrumental in the creation and deployment of supply chain solutions for companies such as General Electric and risk assessment solutions for the US Government.
Mujahid holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.
Lorelei Graye is founder and independent consultant of Leodoran Financial, interim project director to the AltExchange Alliance, advisor to PFA Solutions, and subject matter expert in private market reporting, including investment cost reporting, for institutional investors as well as key issues surrounding public pension policy.
Formerly, a reporting officer for the South Carolina Retirement System Investment Commission (RSIC), Lorelei spearheaded the development and implementation of the annual fee collection, validation, and reporting process which was featured in a prominent April 2015 CEM Benchmarking study.
Over the past three years as a strong proponent for reporting standardization, Ms. Graye has traveled extensively to promote best practices for audiences that include institutional investor staff, trustees, and local policymakers.

A key participant and supporter of the ILPA Fee Transparency Initiative Lorelei has 20 years of business experience and holds dual business administration degrees: a bachelor of science majoring in finance and a bachelor of arts with a major in accounting summa cum laude.
Justin Neal is a software engineer with over 6 years experience developing custom enterprise solutions and system integrations in both the public and private sectors.
Prior to joining PFA solutions, Justin was a senior software engineer at the Carlyle Group, where he led development teams on some of their largest in house custom solutions as well as assisted in building out their services based integration platform.
Prior to Carlyle, Justin was a software engineer at Metier, Ltd. where he led the development team for one of the largest clients, as well as helped roll out and run the company's first SaaS delivery environment.
Justin graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Information systems. He lives in Falls Church, Va with his wife.
Joey is a Software Engineer at PFA Solutions. He holds a B.Sc. in Automotive Engineering from Shanghai University of Engineering & Science and a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University.
